Refund Policy
My Little Tale is a digital subscription service operated by FOP Tiodorov Yevhen Kostiantynovych (Dnipro, Ukraine). Contact: support@mylittletale.top.
1. General refund rule
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and the rules of the relevant payment platform or Merchant of Record, all payments are final and non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds merely because you:
- changed your mind;
- did not use all story generations included in your subscription;
- were dissatisfied with the creative style or subjective qualities of an AI-generated story or illustration;
- forgot to cancel your subscription before renewal;
- stopped using the Service during a paid period; or
- purchased a subscription unintentionally.
Cancelling a subscription does not refund the current or any previous billing period.
2. Immediate provision of the Service
Paid access is activated immediately after a successful payment. Personalized stories and illustrations are generated at your request and require the immediate use of paid third-party AI and technical resources.
Before completing a purchase, where required by applicable law, you will be asked to:
- expressly request the immediate activation of your subscription and the immediate supply of personalized digital content before the end of any statutory withdrawal period; and
- acknowledge that, once generation of a story or illustration begins, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal applicable to that digital content.
Generation is considered to have begun when the Service submits your request to the relevant AI provider.
Your consent and acknowledgement may be recorded together with your account identifier, transaction identifier, date, time and the version of this Refund Policy. Confirmation may be provided in the payment receipt, by email, or in a retainable Telegram message.
3. Ongoing digital services
Where applicable law treats any part of your subscription as an ongoing digital service and preserves a statutory right of withdrawal, you expressly request that provision of that service begin immediately.
If you validly exercise such a right after provision has begun, any refund may be reduced by an amount proportionate to the part of the Service already provided, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The proportionate amount will be calculated on the basis of the total price paid, the duration of paid access already provided and, where a separate price allocation was clearly disclosed before purchase, the digital content generations already started or completed.
Taxes included in an approved refund will be adjusted by the relevant payment provider or Merchant of Record.
4. When a refund or other remedy may be available
A refund, price reduction, replacement or repeated generation may be provided where required by applicable law or the rules of the relevant payment provider, including in the following cases:
- a duplicate charge;
- an unauthorized payment confirmed by the payment provider;
- a confirmed technical failure on our side that prevented the paid Service from being provided;
- failure to deliver the purchased digital content; or
- a material defect or non-conformity that we cannot remedy within a reasonable time.
Where reasonably possible, we may first restore access, correct the problem, or provide a replacement generation. A refund is not required where the issue has been successfully remedied, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
5. Card payments through Paddle
Card payments offered on our external website are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.
For these transactions, Paddle:
- is the seller of record;
- collects the payment and applicable taxes;
- issues receipts;
- processes approved refunds; and
- applies the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy.
Refund eligibility for a Paddle transaction is ultimately determined and processed by Paddle in accordance with applicable law, Paddle’s terms and the information available about your use of the Service.
You may submit a request through Paddle’s buyer portal or contact us at support@mylittletale.top. We may provide Paddle with information necessary to verify delivery, usage, technical issues and your consent to immediate provision.

7. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals:
- through “My subscription” in the Service;
- through Paddle’s subscription management portal for card subscriptions; or
- through Telegram’s subscription settings for Telegram Stars subscriptions.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You will retain access until that period ends unless access is suspended because of fraud, abuse, a chargeback or a material breach of our Terms.
Cancellation does not itself create a right to a refund.
8. How to request assistance
For billing, delivery or technical issues, contact:
Please include your Telegram username or user ID, transaction identifier, payment method, payment date and a description of the issue.
We will review the request and, where necessary, provide the relevant information to Paddle or Telegram. Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method or payment platform.
9. Refund abuse and chargebacks
We may reject voluntary refund requests where there is evidence of fraud, repeated refund abuse, manipulation or a false claim that delivered content was not received.
This does not restrict any legitimate chargeback, payment dispute or mandatory consumer right. Access to the relevant subscription may be suspended or terminated after a refund, chargeback or payment reversal.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of the relevant transaction will normally apply, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
