My Little Tale is a digital subscription service operated by FOP Tiodorov Yevhen Kostiantynovych (Ukraine, Dnipro). Contact: support@mylittletale.top.
Because access and content (personalized stories and illustrations) are delivered digitally and immediately, subscription fees are non-refundable. By subscribing you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to the digital service and, where applicable, you agree to the immediate performance of the service and waive any statutory withdrawal period once content has been generated.
You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals — from the bot (“My subscription”) or from Telegram's subscription settings for Stars. Cancelling stops further charges; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Cancelling does not refund the current or previous periods.
Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Where a refund is required by applicable law (for example, in cases of a duplicate charge, a technical error, or a mandatory consumer right that cannot be waived), Paddle may issue it at its discretion in accordance with its own buyer terms. Telegram Stars refunds are handled through Telegram.

Оскільки доступ і контент (персональні казки та ілюстрації) надаються в цифровому вигляді й негайно, плата за підписку не повертається. Оформлюючи підписку, ви підтверджуєте, що отримуєте негайний доступ до цифрового сервісу і, де це застосовно, погоджуєтеся на негайне виконання послуги та відмовляєтеся від законного періоду на відмову після того, як контент згенеровано.
Ви можете скасувати будь-коли, щоб зупинити подальші поновлення — у боті («Моя підписка») або в налаштуваннях підписок Telegram для Stars. Скасування зупиняє подальші списання; доступ зберігається до кінця сплаченого періоду. Скасування не повертає кошти за поточний чи попередні періоди.
Оплату обробляє наш реселер і Продавець-агент (Merchant of Record) Paddle.com. Якщо повернення вимагається застосовним законом (наприклад, у разі подвійного списання, технічної помилки або обов'язкового права споживача, від якого не можна відмовитися), Paddle може здійснити його на власний розсуд відповідно до власних умов для покупців. Повернення за Telegram Stars обробляються через Telegram.
